Disclaimer of Liability:

Clutter Collectors LLC provides junk removal, hauling, and property cleanout services on an as-is, as-available basis. While we make every effort to handle items and properties with care and professionalism, Clutter Collectors LLC shall not be held liable for any accidental damages to property, landscaping, driveways, or surfaces resulting from the removal or transport of heavy or bulky items.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are the rightful owner of the items to be removed or have full authorization to request their disposal.

  • You accept full responsibility for identifying any items that should not be discarded (e.g., valuables, personal items, hazardous materials, etc.).

  • Clutter Collectors is not responsible for the loss of any personal, confidential, or sentimental items not specifically pointed out prior to service.

  • All services are rendered based on the information provided by the client. Any misrepresentation may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

Environmental Responsibility:
We make every effort to donate, recycle, or dispose of items in an environmentally responsible manner. However, we do not guarantee donation or recycling of any particular item or material.

Access & Safety:
The client agrees to provide safe, legal access to all areas where removal is requested. Clutter Collectors reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or in violation of local laws.

Payment Terms:
All payments are due as agreed upon in the service estimate or invoice. Unpaid balances are subject to late fees and possible collection actions.

No Refunds Once Service Is Performed

At Clutter Collectors LLC, we stand by the quality and professionalism of our junk removal and cleanout services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final once services have been rendered.

By scheduling with Clutter Collectors, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No refunds will be issued once services have been performed, regardless of the outcome or satisfaction.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • An exchange of service is considered complete once our team has arrived on-site and executed the removal as agreed upon in your quote or estimate.

  • If we are unable to complete the job due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., access issues, safety concerns, or undisclosed hazardous materials), you may still be responsible for a service call fee or any incurred labor costs.

We appreciate your understanding and the value of your business. Our team works hard to ensure every project is handled efficiently, respectfully, and in alignment with what was agreed upon.
